Indonesia is expected to experience demographic changes from 2020 to 2030, namely an increase in the number of working age groups. However, this increase in the number of working age groups is not accompanied by the availability of jobs, so the unemployment rate also increases every year. Becoming an entrepreneur is one of the solutions to this problem. Many factors can influence the success of an entrepreneur. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that can affect the success of an entrepreneur, namely cognitive ability, internet access and confidence. The data used in this study is the Indonesian Family Life Survey 2015 data with the analysis method using multiple regression analysis. This study shows that cognitive ability, internet access and confidence have a positive and significant effect on the success of an entrepreneur in Indonesia.
