Law plays a crucial role in creating social order and ensuring justice. However, a major issue threatening the stability of the country is corruption, which undermines the core values of Pancasila and hinders development. Data from Transparency International (2023) shows a concerning Corruption Perception Index for Indonesia, while the KPK report (2022) reveals the detrimental effects of corruption on the economy and societal morals. Therefore, anti-corruption education is vital, with a focus on the younger generation as agents of change. Anti-corruption education aims to shape character and moral awareness in combating corruption. Pancasila, as the state foundation, should be used as a basis for the formulation of anti-corruption education regulations. This research aims to campaign for anti-corruption values based on Pancasila to students and the public through activities such as Car Free Day (CFD) in Pekanbaru City. Through direct interaction between students and the community, anti-corruption values can be creatively disseminated, raising public awareness of the importance of fighting corruption and building a better national character.
Zahwa Fauroka Eka Sulistianingrum Delia Candra Hanifa Fadhillah Siti Syarah Ramadhani Yolanda Putri Suci Gina Maharani Wan Safariah Copyright (c) 2025 Zahwa Fouroka, Eka Sulistianingrum, Delia Candra, Hanifa Fadhillah, Siti Syarah Ramadhani, Yolanda Putri, Suci Gina Maharani, Wan Safariah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-01-20 2025-01-20 3 3 191 195 Effectiveness of Digital Payment from the Perspective of Generation-Z and Millennial E-commerce Consumers: MSME Resilience in West Java https://jurnal.litnuspublisher.com/index.php/jecs/article/view/245
The ease of transactions in purchasing products significantly influences Generation Z (aged 8 to 23) and millennial (aged 24 to 39) buyers in e-commerce. The adoption rate of digital payments is high, reaching 95%, with 75% of users expecting to increase their usage in the next one to two years (SEA e-Conomy Research Survey, 2021). This study examines the impact of digital payments on buyer satisfaction and MSME resilience using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The research data used in this study was collected in 2023. Drawing on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and the Mental Accounting Theory (MAT), this research integrates transaction security, individual influences, and data protection as key factors. Through a survey of 77 Generation-Z and 73 millennial respondents, findings reveal that social influence, ease of use, and trust significantly shape security perceptions. This study provides insights into enhancing digital payment quality and offers policy recommendations for improving MSME sustainability.
Hanan Zaidane Noor Fajri Irene Delia Irene Elizabeth Copyright (c) 2025 Hanan Zaidane Noor Fajri, Irene Delia, Irene Elizabeth https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-02-13 2025-02-13 3 3 196 198 Analisis Volatilitas Harga Pangan di DKI Jakarta pada Tahun 2023: Pengaruh Musim Kemarau Panjang terhadap Harga Komoditas Beras dan Tingkat Inflasi Volatile Food https://jurnal.litnuspublisher.com/index.php/jecs/article/view/246
The prolonged drought phenomenon has significantly impacted food production and commodity price stability, particularly rice, which is a staple food for the population. This study aims to analyze the effects of drought on rice price fluctuations in DKI Jakarta and its impact on inflation rates. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as literature, statistical documents, and previous research reports. The study results indicate that the drought occurring from August to September 2023 led to crop failures in several regions, causing a surge in rice prices in DKI Jakarta. This price increase is attributed to various factors, including reduced production due to extreme climate conditions, limited agricultural land, and distribution sector constraints. Furthermore, data show that rising rice prices put pressure on inflation, especially in DKI Jakarta, which faces challenges in food price fluctuations due to prolonged dry seasons.
Syifa Fadilla Copyright (c) 2025 Syifa Fadilla https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-02-13 2025-02-13 3 3 199 204 The Government’s Power and Privilege: A Case Study of Deportation and Trust https://jurnal.litnuspublisher.com/index.php/jecs/article/view/247
This article investigates the case of Rachel Nabors, a United States citizen who was deported from the United Kingdom despite having met the visa requirements. This analysis utilizes two case studies—Simpson’s (2007) examination of emotional labor and gender identity in male caregivers and Akpabio et al.'s (2007) investigation of Nigerian students' perspectives on HIV/AIDS—to underscore how these methods provide valuable insights into participants’ beliefs and experiences. Nonetheless, the results indicate that qualitative interviews and focus group discussions by themselves may not completely encompass behavioral patterns, highlighting the necessity for observational methods to enhance them
Talitha Candrakirana Copyright (c) 2025 Talitha Candrakirana https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-02-15 2025-02-15 3 3 210 216
